以SLCM1225系列激光切割机为例,运用几何光学原理,分析了经聚焦镜上方的全反镜或圆偏振镜反射出来的激光束方向与经聚焦镜聚焦后的聚焦光束垂直度的关系,指出可以通过调节聚焦镜上方的全反镜或圆偏振镜来改善经聚焦镜聚焦后的激光束方向,进而改变该聚焦光束与待切割板材表面所成的角度,从而实现对板材割缝垂直度的控制。特别是对割缝垂直度要求较高的激光模切板行业,该调节技术能够有效地实现对割缝垂直度的校正,克服了采用平移聚焦镜技术有时还需要改造设备的缺陷。针对现有的激光刀模行业主流装备,经过多次调节切割试验,该方法效果良好。
Taking SLCM1225 series laser cutting machine as an example, the relationship between the direction of the laser beam reflected by the total reflection mirror or the circular polarizer above the focusing mirror and the focusing degree of the focusing beam after focusing by the focusing lens is analyzed by the principle of geometrical optics. By adjusting the mirror at the top of all the mirror or circular polarizer to improve the focus through the focusing lens after the laser beam direction, and then change the focus of the beam and the surface of the plate to be cut into the angle, so as to achieve vertical control of the slotted seam . Especially for the laser cutting board industry with high requirements on the verticality of the slotting, the adjustment technology can effectively correct the verticality of the slotting seam and overcome the defect that the translational focusing mirror technology sometimes needs to be modified. For the existing laser die industry mainstream equipment, after many adjustments cutting test, the method works well.
