More than 30 experts and scholars from the National Education and Research System Library and the North Figure and public libraries from various provinces and cities attended the conference. The meeting made a warm and serious discussion on the first draft of each chapter. The Rules will be modeled on the “Anglo-American Cataloging Rules, Second Edition” style, divided into three parts.
