目的 研究激先充氧液血管内滴泣治疗婴幼儿腹泻病的疗效。方法 将217例婴幼儿腹泻患儿随机分为对照组103例,治疗组114例,对照组使用抗感氯止泻与补液治疗,治疗组除此之外,还同时应用激光充氧液治疗,3d为一疗程。结果 对照组显效42例,占40.8%,有效59例,占57.3%,无效2例,占l.l%,治疗组显效84例,占73.7%,有效30例,占26.3%,无效0。x2=24.01,P<0.01。对照组平均退热时间28.0h,止泻时间90.3h,止吐时间36.0 h,脱水纠正时间30.7h,治疗组上述4个平均值分别是20.1 h、60 h、17.4 h、20.2 h。结论 激光充氧液治疗能提高婴幼儿腹泻总有效率,尤其是显效率,并能缩短脱水纠正时间和改善全身症状
Objective To study the efficacy of preemptive oxygenated fluid intravascular tumescent treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods A total of 217 infants with infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into control group (n = 103) and treatment group (n = 114). Conclusion The laser oxygenated liquid therapy can improve the total effective rate of diarrhea in infants and young children, especially the markedly effective, and can shorten the dehydration correction time and improve the systemic symptoms
