利用60Coγ圃慢照射麦类作物植株,在辐照当代籽粒灌浆期间,分期收取不同成熟度种子,测定其发芽率及变化。结果表明:因辐射损伤已失去生活力不能发芽的种子,在发育过程中,有许多又恢复发芽能力,说明麦类作物存在损伤修复。在乳熟中期前后10天左右,损伤修复作用最强,但3种麦类作物损伤修复能力存在差异,其顺序是:大麦>小麦>小黑麦。文中提供了损伤修复的细胞学证据。
The 60Co γ nursery was used to irradiate the wheat crop slowly. During the grain filling stage of the irradiation, the seeds of different maturity were collected and their germination rate and change were measured. The results showed that seeds that could not germinate because of radiation damage had lost their ability to germinate, and many of them resumed germination in the process of development, indicating the damage and repair of wheat crops. About 10 days before and after the mid-milk stage, the damage repair effect is the strongest, but there are differences in the damage-repair ability of the three kinds of wheat crops in the order: barley> wheat> triticale. The article provides cytological evidence of damage repair.
