语言，是人类交流思想感情的工具，俗话说：“好话一句三冬暧，话不投机炎天寒。”同样的一个意思、一件事，因用语不同，往往会产生截然不同的感情效果。而在商界，语言的得体与否，不仅会产生不同的感情效果，而且，还会产生不同的经济效应呢。我国商界有句名言：和气生财。
Language, is a human exchange of ideas and feelings of the tool, the saying goes: “Good words three winter warm, not speculative Yan Yan Han.” The same meaning, one thing, due to different terms, often have a very different emotional effect. In the business world, the appropriateness of the language not only produces different emotional effects, but also produces different economic effects. There is a famous saying in our country’s business community: making a living out of money.
