实验结果证明,微量镓(0.003~0.03%)在低碳钢中是以代位式固溶体存在于铁索体中,它不存在于氧化物、氮化物及硫化物等夹杂中,热力学的计算与实验结果相吻合。微量镓对钢的屈服强度、淬透性及抗蚀性均有微小的改善作用。
The experimental results show that trace amounts of gallium (0.003-0.03%) exist in the ferrite as the substitutional solid solution in low-carbon steel. It does not exist in inclusions such as oxides, nitrides and sulfides. The thermodynamic calculations and experimental results Match. Trace amounts of gallium on steel yield strength, hardenability and corrosion resistance are slightly improved.
