目的:了解次声引起应激反应的中枢机制.方法:采用反转录PCR方法,研究了8Hz,120dB次声作用后不同时间引起大鼠下丘脑c-fosmRNA及促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(CRF)mRNA的表达情况.结果:8Hz,120dB次声作用2h,于作用后0.5hc-fos与CRFmRNA均开始明显表达,随时间延长,表达渐增强,c-fos于2h达高峰,至4h基本消失;CRF于3h达高峰,至5h基本消失.结论:次声作用后c-fos与CRFmRNA的表达可能是次声引起应激反应的中枢分子机制.
Objective: To understand the central mechanism of infrasound-induced stress response. Methods: Reverse transcription PCR was used to study the expression of c-fos mRNA and corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) mRNA in rat hypothalamus at different time after 8Hz and 120dB infrasound. Results: After acupuncture at 120 Hz and 8 Hz for 2 hours, the expressions of both 0.5 hc-fos and CRF mRNA began to be significantly increased. The expression of c-fos reached its peak at 2 h and disappeared at 4 h. Peak, to 5h basically disappeared. CONCLUSION: The expression of c-fos and CRF mRNA after infrasound may be the central molecular mechanism of infrasound-induced stress response.
