Merkel细胞癌系原发于皮肤触觉小体的恶性神经内分泌肿瘤，属于APUD瘤。该病具有独特的超微结构和免疫组化特征，但易误诊为其他疾病。１９７２年由Toker首先报道，１９８０年正式命名。临床上十分罕见，迄今国内外文献报道共４００余例，国内报道仅３０余例。本文报告１例如下
Merkel cell carcinoma is a malignant neuroendocrine tumor that originates from skin tactile bodies and belongs to APUD tumor. The disease has a unique ultrastructure and immunohistochemical features, but is often misdiagnosed as other diseases. First reported by Toker in 1972, officially named in 1980. Clinically very rare, so far a total of more than 400 cases reported in the literature at home and abroad, only 30 cases reported in the country. This article reports a case as follows
