在模拟控制带极堆焊机研制的基础上，开展了新型微机控制带极自动堆焊机的研制工作。介绍了这种焊机的组成和工作原理，研究结果表明：新研制的带极自动堆焊机输出电压稳定、调节范围宽、网压波动补偿能力强，保护性能可靠、焊机自动化程度高。满足了高速带极堆焊和带极电渣堆焊法对焊机提出的性能要求。能够获得高质量的堆焊焊道。
On the basis of the research of the simulation control zone welding machine, a new microcomputer control system with automatic welding machine was developed.
