１９８５～１９９９年，我院收治大肠癌合并糖尿病４９例次，经合理的围手术期处理，取得了比较满意的效果，现总结如下。 临床资料 一般资料本组男３２例，女１７例，年龄４１～８６岁，平均 ６０．４２岁。４９例均为Ⅱ型糖尿病（符合 ＷＨＯ１９８５年制定诊断标准）病人，
From 1985 to 1999, 49 cases of colorectal cancer and diabetes were treated in our hospital. After a reasonable perioperative treatment, satisfactory results were obtained. These are summarized as follows. Clinical data General information The group of 32 males and 17 females, aged 41 to 86 years, mean 60.42 years old. All 49 patients were type II diabetic patients (according to the WHO 1985 diagnostic criteria).
