俄罗斯联邦共产党第十五次全国代表大会于2013年2月23-24日在莫斯科召开,总书记根纳季·久加诺夫(Gennady Zyuganov)代表第十四届中央委员会向大会做政治报告。报告就当前俄罗斯国内和世界形势,着重谈到俄共的政策主张和目标任务。在谈到资本主义经济危机时报告指出,当前的资本主义经济危机,仍然是资本主义制度的基本矛盾造成的。帝国主义国家应对经济危机的习惯性做法是危机外引和对外掠夺,这必然激起反抗。世界人民的反抗和觉醒将会使他们认识到人类未来的出路只有社会主义。
The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation was held in Moscow from February 23 to 24, 2013 and General Secretary Gennady Zyuganov made a political report to the General Assembly on behalf of the 14th Central Committee. Report on the current situation in Russia and the world, with emphasis on the Russian Communist Party’s policy ideas and objectives and tasks. When talking about the economic crisis of capitalism, the report pointed out that the current economic crisis of capitalism is still caused by the fundamental contradictions of the capitalist system. The habitual practice of the imperialist countries to cope with the economic crisis is the result of the crisis and the plunder of foreign countries, which inevitably arouse resistance. The revolt and awakening of the people of the world will make them realize that there is only socialism in the future of mankind.
