针对教师发展不均衡的现状,学校采取分层校本培训,将科研与校本教研有机结合,主要做法有:对新上岗教师、经验型教师、骨干教师制订分层培训目标,落实分层培训活动,提出分层学习要求,实施分层课堂教学管理,开展分层课题研究,以多元化的思想、多渠道的培训途径,促进学校教师队伍生态发展。
