用体外软琼脂培养法,测定了54例急性白血病患者骨髓粒单核系祖细胞(GM-CFU)的产率,以102例正常骨髓细胞的GM-CFU为对照,正常组集落平均产率为101.5±55.7/2×10~5,完全缓解组(CR)11例为95.3±19.7/2×10~5,未缓解组(NR)43例为7.0±7.2/2×10~5,与正常组及CR比较有非常显著性的差异(p<0.01),提示并非化疗损伤了祖细胞,而由白血病干细胞及其释放的抑制物所致。
The production rate of myelomonocytic mononuclear progenitor cells (GM-CFU) in 54 patients with acute leukemia was determined by soft agar culture in vitro. The average yield of GM-CFU in 102 normal bone marrow cells was used as control, and the average yield of normal group was 101.5 ± 55.7 / 2 × 10 ~ 5, 11 cases of complete remission (CR) were 95.3 ± 19.7 / 2 × 10 ~ 5, and 43 cases of unrelated group were 7.0 ± 7.2 / 2 × 10 ~ There was a significant difference (P <0.01) between CR and CR, suggesting that chemotherapy-induced damage to progenitor cells was not caused by leukemic stem cells and their release.
