通过分析B型烟粉虱对不同棉花品种的选择性,并比较其生命参数,以期明确B型烟粉虱对不同棉花品种的选择性及适生性差异。结果表明,B型烟粉虱成虫对供试10种棉花的选择性存在显著差异,其中对苏棉22号的选择性最强,对中棉所29号产卵趋性最强,对国抗22号的选择性和趋性均最弱。第1代B型烟粉虱在不同品种上的发育历期差异显著,最高达5.5天;第2代在对应品种棉花上的发育历期均延长,且差异明显。两代B型烟粉虱在不同棉花品种上的适生性也存在明显的差异,其中第1代在湘杂棉3号上的存活率最高,在科棉1号上最低;第2代在中棉所29号上最高,在泗杂3号上最低。两代B型烟粉虱在不同品种上的平均产卵量存在显著差异,第1代最多达66.5粒,最少为41.6粒;第2代最多为65.8粒,最少仅为31.8粒。生命表参数表明,B型烟粉虱在中棉所29号上的种群数量增殖速度最快,而在国抗22号上则最慢。
By analyzing the selectivity of B. tabaci B-biotypes on different cotton varieties and comparing their life parameters, the biotypes of B. tabaci B-susceptible to different cotton varieties were determined. The results showed that there were significant differences in the selectivity of B. tabaci B between the tested 10 cotton varieties. Among them, the selectivity to SuMian 22 was the strongest. The number 22 has the weakest selectivity and tendency. The first generation of B. tabaci B-biotype had significant differences in the developmental duration of different species, up to 5.5 days. The second generation of P. tabaci developed on the corresponding varieties of cotton, and the difference was significant. There were also significant differences in the fitness of two B-biotype B. tabaci on different cotton varieties. The first generation had the highest survival rate on Xiangzamian 3 and the lowest on Kemian 1; Cotton on the 29th highest, the lowest on the Sesame 3. The average fecundity of B. tabaci on two species of B. tabaci was significantly different from the first generation up to 66.5, the lowest was 41.6; the second generation up to 65.8, at least only 31.8. The life table parameters showed that the population number of B. tabaci B-29 in Zhongmiandao was the fastest, while that of Guonang 22 was the slowest.
