目的了解响水县县、乡、村级医疗机构消毒卫生状况,为指导基层医疗机构消毒工作提供依据。方法对响水县医疗机构消毒效果进行抽样监测。结果共采样1 255份,合格率为82.3%;县级医疗机构、乡级和村级医疗机构合格率分别为88.3%、87.9%和78.5%,县、乡级间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)、与村级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论响水县医疗机构消毒质量不高,尤其是村卫生室。应加强医疗机构消毒监督管理工作,特别要加强村医护人员消毒卫生知识的培训,提高消毒质量。
Objective To understand the sanitation status of medical institutions at county, township and village levels in Xiangshui County and provide basis for guiding the disinfection of primary medical institutions. Methods To monitor the disinfection effect of medical institutions in Xiangshui County. Results A total of 1 255 samples were collected, with a pass rate of 82.3%. The pass rates of county-level medical institutions, township-level and village-level medical institutions were 88.3%, 87.9% and 78.5% respectively, with no significant difference between county and township level (P > 0.05), with the village level difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Xiangshui medical institutions disinfection quality is not high, especially in village clinics. Sterilization of medical institutions should strengthen supervision and management work, in particular, to strengthen the village health workers disinfection and health knowledge training to improve the quality of disinfection.
