目的探讨产后妇女盆底功能障碍性疾病的影响因素。方法选取2014年4月-2016年3月在该院门诊复查的产后妇女1 460例为研究对象,检测其盆底肌功能并进行问卷调查,对影响盆底功能的相关因素进行统计学分析。结果参加调查的1 460例产后妇女发生压力性尿失禁(SUI)236例(16.16%),子宫脱垂19例(1.30%),阴道前壁膨出339例(23.22%),阴道后壁膨出222例(15.21%)。产后盆底功能障碍性疾病与年龄、分娩次数、分娩方式和新生儿出生体重相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄、分娩次数、分娩方式、新生儿出生体重是产后SUI和盆腔器官膨出(POP)共有的危险因素,剖宫产是保护因素。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of pelvic floor dysfunction in postpartum women. Methods A total of 1 460 postpartum women were recruited from April 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital. The pelvic floor muscle function was examined and the questionnaire survey was conducted. The related factors affecting pelvic floor function were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 1,460 postpartum women surveyed, 236 (16.16%) had SUI, 19 (1.30%) had uterine prolapse, 339 (23.22%) had anterior vaginal wall bulging, Out of 222 cases (15.21%). Postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease was related to age, number of deliveries, mode of delivery and newborn birth weight, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Age, number of deliveries, mode of delivery and birth weight are the common risk factors of postpartum SUI and pelvic organ bulking (POP). Cesarean section is the protective factor.
