Hunchun is located in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Region in the eastern part of Jilin Province. From the anti-Chuan River in the southeast, it reaches the Sea of Japan 15 kilometers down the Tumen River. The surrounding area is close to Russia’s Hassan Township and North Korea’s Douman River. It is a “ Dog bark smell three Xinjiang ”Golden Triangle. In the development of border trade between the three countries, border tourism has unique geographical conditions. Due to its unique geographical location, Hunchun has been an open business district since ancient times. At the turn of the eighth century, the hub of the famous “Maritime Silk Road” leading to the Japanese trade by the Bohai Sea is here. In the 19th century, Hunchun became a gateway to traffic trade between China, Japan, North Korea and Russia. However, as time goes on, it has not flourished for the well-known reasons. Until the late 1970s, Hunchun was still a border town where economic development lags behind.
