在H2SO4介质和溴代十六烷基吡啶存在下,痕量抗坏血酸对高碘酸钾氧化维多利亚蓝的反应具有催化作用,据此建立催化动力学光度法测定痕量抗坏血酸的新方法。研究了吸收光谱、试剂用量、干扰离子等因素的影响,在最佳实验条件下,阻抑反应与非阻抑反应体系在610nm处的吸光度差值与抗坏血酸的浓度在0~118μg/L范围呈良好线性关系,检出限为2.89×10-6g/L。该法简便、灵敏度高、选择性好,可用于西红柿中微量抗坏血酸的测定。
The catalytic effect of trace ascorbic acid on the oxidation of Victoria blue by potassium periodate in the presence of H2SO4 and cetylpyridinium bromide is discussed. A new method for the determination of trace ascorbic acid by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry was established. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the difference between the absorbance at 610 nm and the concentration of ascorbic acid in the range of 0 ~ 118 μg / L for both repression and non-repression reaction systems was studied. Good linear relationship, the detection limit of 2.89 × 10-6g / L. The method is simple, high sensitivity and good selectivity and can be used for the determination of trace ascorbic acid in tomatoes.
