实现功能到结构映射的知识检索与推理是基于知识的计算机辅助产品设计的关键。以MFBS框架下产品设计知识系统为基础,充分考虑设计知识间的语义关系,提出基于多属性特性检索与推理的产品MFBS本体映射方法。建立了MFBS框架下产品设计知识系统,通过单输出特性的检索实现功能到模块的映射,通过多输出特性的映射推理或组合多输出特性的映射推理实现功能到行为的映射,通过多输出特性的检索实现行为到结构映射。基于Jena编程实现了基于知识的计算机辅助产品设计中的MFBS本体映射。基于知识的多绳金刚石串珠绳锯产品设计实例,验证了所提方法的可行性。
Knowledge retrieval and reasoning from function to structure mapping is the key to knowledge-based computer aided product design. Based on the product design knowledge system under the framework of MFBS, the semantic relations among design knowledge are fully considered and the MFBS ontology mapping method based on multi-attribute retrieval and reasoning is proposed. The product design knowledge system under the framework of MFBS is established. The function-to-module mapping is achieved through the retrieval of single output characteristics. The function-to-behavior mapping is realized through the mapping reasoning of multi-output characteristics or the combination of multi-output mapping functions. Retrieve implementation behavior to structure map. Based on Jena programming, the MFBS ontology mapping in knowledge-based computer aided product design is realized. Knowledge-based multi-rope diamond wire rope saw product design examples to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
