全国住宅产业现代化工作现场交流会近日在沈阳市召开。会议总结和交流了沈阳等地方和企业推进建筑产业现代化的经验和做法,目的是进一步统一思想,全面加快推进以住宅为主的建筑产业现代化工作。当前,我国传统的、高消耗、高污染、低效率的“粗放”建造模式在住宅和其他房屋建设中仍较为普遍,传统的发展模式和建造方式越来越难以为继。发达国家的产业化建筑比重一般高达到60-70%以上,相比之下,我国的住宅建设产业化处于较低水平,发展正处于转折点。推进以住宅为主的建筑产业现代化,是实现传统建筑业转型升级的必由之路。
The National Housing Industry Modernization Worksite Exchange Meeting was held in Shenyang City recently. The meeting summed up and exchanged experiences and practices of Shenyang and other places and enterprises in promoting the modernization of the construction industry with the aim of further unifying their thinking and accelerating the modernization of the construction industry based on housing. At present, the traditional construction mode of “extensive” construction with high consumption, high pollution and inefficiency in our country is still relatively common in the construction of houses and other houses. The traditional mode of development and construction methods have become increasingly unsustainable. The proportion of industrialized buildings in developed countries is generally higher than 60-70%. In contrast, the industrialization of housing construction in China is at a low level, and the development is at a turning point.
