The deciduous broad-leaved forest in Longwang Mountain, Anji, Zhejiang Province was investigated. The ecological characteristics of three patches, represented by the endangered plants, Shaniodendronsubquaele, Emmenopteryshenryi and Liriodendronchinense, were analyzed. The results showed that: 1) There are 47 ~ 70 species in the area of 100m2; 2) Among these plants, 51% ~ 68% have bright perianth, 60% ~ 74% have corolla and 76% ~ 87% ; 3) Breeding system mainly consists of bisexual flowers (48% -64%), supplemented by unisexual flowers (32% -34%) and spores breeding less (2% -20% 54% to 60% of dried fruits, 25% to 40% of meat. The author believes that the deciduous broad-leaved forest in Longwangshan Mountain is rich in biodiversity, and insects, birds and other animals play an important role in pollination and seed dispersal. On this basis, the dynamic of three patches and the fate of the endangered plants are also analyzed. Some problems of biodiversity conservation in this area are put forward.
