现代社会以图书馆为代表的公共服务行业,突显出的主要发展趋势就是服务能力的提升,谁能够真正为读者提供完善的、便利的服务,谁就能够争取更多的市场份额,获得更大的生存和发展的空间。藉此,本文基于图书馆软实力的内涵构成进行研究,提出了提升图书馆服务能力的策略,指出软实力研究在图书馆服务能力中的重要地位。
In the modern society, the public service industry represented by the library highlights the major trend is the improvement of service capabilities. Whoever can really provide the readers with perfect and convenient services can win more market shares and gain greater benefits The space for survival and development. In this paper, based on the connotation of the library’s soft power structure, this paper puts forward the strategy of improving the library’s service ability, and points out the important position of soft power research in the library’s service ability.
