一、前言对于TBP/OK—HNO_3体系,脉冲柱选用不锈钢筛板,在有机相连续的条件下,当物性、柱结构和操作条件几乎相同时,国外文献报导的的液泛负荷数据仍然存在着明显的差异。我们在实验中也发现,若对操作过程不加以严格限制,液泛负荷就会出现较大的差异或随着运行时间的增加,液泛负荷会发生显著的下降。本文通过对不锈钢表面浸润状态的研究和对不锈钢筛板经两种不同方法处理的脉冲柱液泛负荷的测定,探讨了出现上述问题的基本原因。
I. INTRODUCTION For the TBP / OK-HNO3 system, the stainless steel sieve plate is used for the pulse column. We also found in the experiment that if the operating process is not strictly limited, there will be a big difference in the liquid-pan load or the liquid-pan load will decrease significantly with the increase of the operating time. In this paper, the infiltration of stainless steel on the surface of the state and the stainless steel sieve plate by two different methods to deal with the pulse column liquid pan load to explore the emergence of the basic reasons for the above problems.
