为了使工厂森吉米尔轧机的压下负荷分配更加合理,以综合等负荷函数为目标,应用遗传算法对压下负荷分配进行优化设计。将优化设计的结果与原负荷分配进行比较,结果表明该方法对于提高产品的产量与质量、保障设备安全运行有较好的作用。
In order to make the pressure distribution of Sendzimir rolling mill more reasonable, aiming at the comprehensive equal load function, the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the design of the pressure load distribution. The results of the optimized design and the original load distribution are compared. The results show that this method has a good effect on improving the output and quality of the products and ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
