在通常情况下,皮下出血按照其正常生理变化规律,完全吸收、消退大约需要2周~3周的时间。笔者在日常检案过程中,遇到两例伤者,伤后两月余,皮下出血依然存在,并无完全吸收,现报告如下。案例例1:刘某,女,50岁,农民,2005年4月30日被他人用砖块致伤,于2005年6月1日来我门诊鉴定。200
