竞走是一项以有氧为主的运动,此外还有一些有助于运动员全面发展不可缺少的因素,即:技术、灵活性和柔韧性;耐力、速度和速度耐力;力量和力量耐力。必须细致地考虑整个训练计划结构和适合运动员需要的目标及每年特殊阶段的每一次课内容。因此教练一定要努力制定一个能保证运动员在专门阶段达到高峰的全盘计划。
Walking is an aerobic exercise, and there are a number of other factors that contribute to the overall development of athletes: technical, agility and flexibility; endurance, speed and speed endurance; strength and strength endurance. Careful consideration must be given to the overall training program structure and goals that are appropriate for athletes and each lesson at a particular stage of the year.
