某酒店电梯外部玻璃幕墙钢化玻璃连续三年夏季发生多次碎裂,为了解钢化玻璃碎裂原因,对工程现场进行细致调查,并通过有限元软件建立数值模型,对工程实际进行模拟与理论分析。通过数值分析与理论计算结果对比,排除设计缺陷导致钢化玻璃破碎可能性。通过现场检测确定玻璃破碎原因,为类似工程分析提供了有效参考。
