为了更好地了解绿液对草浆碱回收白泥光学性能的影响,对绿液的成分进行了检测分析,并就其对白泥光学性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,草浆绿液对光学性能的影响明显,当绿液添加量为100%和20%,白泥白度分别为84.08%ISO和92.66%ISO,差幅比例为10.2%,制备的白泥均偏绿偏黄;草浆绿液中不溶物是影响草浆碱回收白泥光学性能的主要原因,用滤纸处理后的绿液制备白泥白度高,为93.98%ISO,且偏红偏黄;由滤纸处理后绿液制备的白泥白度高出由浊绿液制备白泥白度9.9%ISO,差幅为11.77%;绿液经过絮凝和澄清处理,对碱回收白泥光学性能有明显改善。
