在分析我国汽车企业在Milk-Run物流应用现状基础上,创新性的提出了基于供应链的Milk-Run协同物流模式,强调JIT生产与物流运作、入厂物流与售后物流、生产物流等在Milk-Run上的多种协同。然后,结合汽车行业的实践总结和创新思考,深入研究汽车供应链中Milk-Run协同物流的具体运作和实施,对Milk-Run路线规划、订单处理与取货安排、实物操作及实施策略等作了进一步的分析和阐述。
Based on the analysis of the present situation of Milk-Run logistics in our country, this paper proposed innovative Milk-Run collaborative logistics model based on the supply chain, emphasizing JIT production and logistics operation, entering logistics and after-sales logistics, production logistics and so on in Milk A variety of synergies on -Run.
