随着信息技术的发展,企业人力资源管理信息化建设也深受影响。本文从人力资源信息化建设中存在的问题入手,提出了推进信息化管理在人力资源管理中应用的策略。
With the development of information technology, the construction of enterprise human resources management information has also been greatly affected.
