我们经常会看到这样的现象,在同一所学校,同一岗位,有的人工作起来开开心心,得心应手,而有的人处处碰壁,很不如意,甚至怨天尤人,倍感煎熬。究其原因关键还是在于教师个人。如何提高个人修养在应对教师职业倦怠问题上有着至关重要的作用。
