近7年来,我院采用超选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗闭合性肾挫裂伤11例,效果满意。1 资料和方法1.1 临床资料本组11例,男8例,女3例,年龄19～53岁,平均35岁,均有肉眼血尿,按Suryent分类,Ⅱ类伤4例,Ⅲ类伤7例,伴休克5例。均为经输血、补液、抗感染治疗,卧床休息1～3天,血流动力学趋于稳定而血尿无明显缓解者。 The past seven years, our hospital using super selective renal artery embolization in the treatment of closed renal contusion and laceration in 11 cases, the effect is satisfactory. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data The group of 11 patients, 8 males and 3 females, aged 19 to 53 years, mean 35 years old, with gross hematuria, according to Suryent classification, Ⅱ type 4 cases of injury, Ⅲ class of 7 cases of injury , With shock in 5 cases.
