采用琼脂平板扩散法和指示凝胶技术对蟹源拟态弧菌HX-4菌株外毒素的酶活性及稳定性等特性进行了系统研究。结果显示:该菌外毒素具有酪蛋白酶、明胶蛋白酶、溶血素、卵磷脂酶和几丁质酶活性,不具有血浆凝固酶、脂酶和DNase酶活性。外毒素具有相对的稳定性,除热外,其它环境因素改变对其酶活性影响不大。指示凝胶技术试验结果表明:外毒素含有3种蛋白成份,相对分子量分别为154 KD、143 KD和117 KD,同时具有酪蛋白酶、明胶蛋白酶、溶血素活性。
The agar plate diffusion method and gel electrophoresis technique were used to systematically study the enzyme activity and stability of exotoxin from the cv. Mimicus HX-4 strain. The results showed that the exotoxin had the activities of casein, gelatinase, hemolysin, lecithin and chitinase without any activity of coagulase, lipase and DNase. Exotoxin has a relative stability, in addition to heat, other environmental changes have little effect on the enzyme activity. The experimental results of gel electrophoresis indicated that exotoxin contains three kinds of protein components, the relative molecular weights are 154 KD, 143 KD and 117 KD, respectively. Meanwhile, it has the activity of casein, gelatinase and hemolysin.
