儿童EB病毒(EBV)感染相关疾病是一组临床表现多变、发病机制复杂的疾病,除常见的传染性单核细胞增多症外,还有慢性活动性EBV感染、EBV感染相关噬血细胞淋巴组织细胞增生症、X-连锁淋巴细胞增殖综合征及EBV相关性肿瘤疾病等,其中部分疾病起病急、进展快、症状重、预后差。随着对EBV感染相关疾病研究的不断深入,与其相关的疑难、危重疾病将得到有效地预防和治疗。
