目的 :探讨颞下窝肿瘤的手术进路及手术方法。方法 :根据肿瘤病变的性质及范围采用耳前上、耳后下、改良Ferguson Weber及下颌骨下 4种手术进路。 结果 :手术结果按Kaplan Meire生存率计算 ,其 2年生存率良性肿瘤为 10 0 % ,恶性肿瘤为 4 7.1%。结论 :应根据肿瘤部位、性质与相邻解剖关系选择合适的手术进路 ,以保证手术能安全、有效及顺利进行
Objective: To investigate the surgical approach and operation of infratemporal fossa tumors. Methods: According to the nature and scope of the tumor lesions, four procedures of upper ear, lower posterior ear, modified Ferguson Weber and mandible were adopted. Results: Surgical results were calculated according to Kaplan Meire survival rates. The 2-year survival rate was 10% for benign tumors and 4 7.1% for malignant tumors. CONCLUSIONS: Appropriate surgical approaches should be selected based on the location of the tumor, nature and adjacent anatomy to ensure that surgery is safe, effective and successful
