编者按:自中央明确提出实施不动产统一登记制度以来,广西遵循试点先行的原则,努力探索适合本地实际的模式,同时加快不动产统一登记信息平台建设,不动产统一登记工作顺利推进。在不动产统一登记“冲锋号”吹响的关键时期,如何继续发力推进职责整合、机构建设、流程再造、窗口设置等方面的工作是重点。广西在自治区、地级市、县三个层面所探索出的不动产统一登记成功的经验,一定会给各市、县工作的开展提供有益的借鉴。
Editor's note: Since the Central Government explicitly proposed the implementation of the unified registration system for real estate, Guangxi has followed the principle of “pilot-first” and has tried its best to explore a suitable local model. Meanwhile, it accelerated the construction of a unified real-estate registration information platform and promoted the unified registration of real estate. In the key period of the unified registration of real estate, “Chong Feng Hao”, how to continue to work hard to promote the integration of responsibilities, institutional construction, process reengineering, window setting and other aspects of the work is the key. The successful experience of unified registration of real estate explored by Guangxi at the three levels of the autonomous region, prefecture-level cities and counties will certainly provide a useful reference for the work of all cities and counties.
