目的 了解“非典”及封校期间医学生心理健康状况及应对方式。方法 采用症状自评量表 [1 ] ( SCL-90 )对在校各年级学生进行心理健康状况测试 ,同时自编问卷调查医学生在“非典”应激状态下的应对方式。结果 结果显示 ,受试学生躯体化等 9个因子均分都高于全国常模 ;男生除恐怖外 ,其它因子均分都高于女生。另外 ,调查表明 ,71 .9%的学生都能采取积极的应对方式 ,而只有 1 8.6%的学生采取过消极应对方式。结论 “非典”应激事件及封校与学生的心理健康状况不良有密切关系。提示应尽早给予有效干预 ,对提高学生的心理健康水平具有重要意义
Objective To understand the status quo and coping styles of medical students during “SARS” and their closure. Methods Self-rating Symptomatic Scale [1] (SCL-90) was used to test mental health status of all grades of students in school. At the same time, self-questionnaires were used to investigate the coping style of medical students under “SARS” stress. The results showed that the test students somatization and other nine factors were higher than the national average; boys in addition to terror, the other factors were higher than girls. In addition, the survey shows that 71.9% of students can take a positive response, while only 8.6% students adopted negative coping styles. Conclusion “SARS” stress events and closure of the school are closely related to the poor mental health status of students. It suggests that effective intervention as soon as possible is of great significance to improve students’ mental health
