8月28日,海南省国防动员委员会在西沙组织了战备应急通信综合保障实兵演练。海南省通信管理局、无线电监督管理局和电信、移动、联通等骨干运营企业,3支专业保障队伍,共42人、2辆指挥车、10台(套)装备参加了演练。演练以西沙通信全阻为背景,分别在相关岛屿开设应急通信指挥所,与工信部应急通信指挥中心和省应急通信
On August 28, the National Defense Mobilization Committee of Hainan Province organized a comprehensive exercise in combat readiness emergency communications in Xisha.
