本文第一部分略述地方综合科技情报工作的基本规律和特点以省科技情报研究所对外组织协调工作为主要总结内容,归纳出地方综合科技情报工作宏观管理的三种主要功能,即规划决策、组织实施与协调控制。分述了各管理要素的意义、概念、内容、相互关系及地方综合情报工作管理系统的构成与作用原理,并作出了示意图;第二部分概述地方综合科技情报工作在当前国民经济调整中的几项任务:1.体现党的正确路线,调整情报工作规划;2.贯彻当前方针政策,改进情报服务方向;3.针对当地需求特点,组织综合情报服务;4.抓住培训有利时机,提高情报人员素质。
The first part of this article outlines the basic laws and characteristics of local integrated S&T intelligence work and summarizes the external organization and coordination work of the Provincial Sci-Tech Information Research Institute. It summarizes the three main functions of macro management of local integrated S&T intelligence work: planning and decision-making. Implementation and coordination control. The meanings, concepts, contents, mutual relations of the various management elements, and the constitution and function principle of the local integrated intelligence work management system are described, and schematic diagrams are made. The second part outlines the local integrated scientific and technological intelligence work in the current adjustment of the national economy. Tasks: 1. Reflect the party’s correct line and adjust the intelligence work plan; 2. Implement the current principles and policies and improve the direction of intelligence services; 3. Organize comprehensive intelligence services according to the characteristics of local needs; 4. Seize training opportunities and improve intelligence The quality of personnel.
