目的建立替加环素中痕量钯的测定方法。方法采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,检测波长247.6 nm,灯电流10 mA,狭缝宽度0.2 nm,燃气流量2.0 L.min-1,助燃气流量13.5 L.min-1。结果钯0.5~5.0 mg.L-1与吸光度的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),加样回收率为99.4%,RSD=1.6%(n=5),进样精密度的RSD=1.4%(n=7),重复性试验的RSD=1.7%(n=6)。结论所建方法专属性强、简便易行、灵敏度高,可用于替加环素中钯的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace palladium in tigecycline. Methods Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used. The detection wavelength was 247.6 nm, the lamp current was 10 mA, the slit width was 0.2 nm, the gas flow rate was 2.0 L.min-1 and the gas flow rate was 13.5 L.min-1. Results The linearity of absorbance was good (r = 0.9999) with the recovery of 99.4% and RSD = 1.6% (n = 5). The RSD of injection precision was 1.4% n = 7), repeatability test RSD = 1.7% (n = 6). Conclusion The proposed method is specific, simple and easy to use and has high sensitivity. It can be used for the determination of palladium in tigecycline.
