在大田条件下,研究氮、磷、钾不同施肥处理对西北寒旱区冬油菜越冬期生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:不同施肥处理对与冬油菜抗性有关的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶蛋白、可溶性糖等生理生化指标都有显著影响,其中P、K施肥处理对冬油菜各个指标的影响显著高于对照,该处理的冬油菜越冬率比CK增加了1.02%,在各处理中最高,说明P、K配施有利于促进冬油菜安全越冬。
Under field conditions, the effects of different N, P and K fertilization treatments on the physiological and biochemical indexes of winter rape overwintering in cold and dry regions of Northwest China were studied. The results showed that different fertilization treatments had significant effects on the physiological and biochemical indexes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), proline (Pro), soluble protein, soluble sugar, etc., among which P and K fertilization The effect of treatment on each index of winter rape was significantly higher than that of the control. The overwintering rate of winter rape increased by 1.02% than that of CK, which was the highest in all treatments, indicating that the combination of P and K was conducive to promoting winter rapeseed safely.
