近年来,信息技术与网络技术发展迅速,随之而来的是大量电子文件的产生。与传统文件相比而言,电子文件具有传递速度快、存储空间小、信息含量大、操作便捷等优势,得到广大用户的广泛应用。与此同时,大量电子文件的出现与广泛应用,使得人们开始越来越重视对电子档案的保管与利用。基于此,本文在分析电子档案管理问题的基础上,重点分析了电子档案的保管与利用。
In recent years, the rapid development of information technology and network technology, followed by the emergence of a large number of electronic documents. Compared with traditional documents, electronic documents have the advantages of fast delivery, small storage space, large amount of information, easy operation and other advantages, and are widely used by the majority of users. At the same time, the emergence and widespread use of a large number of electronic documents has caused people to pay more and more attention to the custody and utilization of electronic files. Based on this, based on the analysis of electronic file management issues, this paper focuses on the custody and utilization of electronic files.
