文章以发电企业开展的班组文化建设工作为例,分析了其建设的重要性以及存在的问题,并着重针对完善其建设探讨了相关的策略,以求推动班组文化建设意义的全方位实现。
Taking the culture construction work of the power generation enterprises as an example, the article analyzes the importance and existing problems of the construction of power generation enterprises, and discusses the related strategies in order to perfect its construction so as to promote the all-round realization of the cultural construction significance.
