目的探讨蕈样肉芽肿(MF)不同时期浸润性皮损中增生性T细胞与树突细胞的分布特征。方法皮肤肿瘤组织石蜡切片,单克隆抗体免疫组化染色。结果 MF皮损中Ki-67+细胞和皮肤淋巴细胞相关抗原阳性(CLA+)细胞均明显增多,多数Ki-67+细胞CD4+和cLA+,MF肿瘤期真皮浸润组织中的 Ki-67+细胞明显多于斑片期/斑块期(P<0.01),且形态多不规则,异型性明显;未见CD83+/Ki-67+树突细胞,但树突细胞周围可见大量的Ki-67+增生性T细胞,CD83+树突细胞与Ki-67+肿瘤T细胞紧密接触。结论 CLA+/Ki-67+T细胞在MF皮损中表达的程度和免疫病理特征对于MF的早期发现和转化进展可能具有免疫病理学诊断意义。
Objective To investigate the distribution of proliferative T cells and dendritic cells in infiltrative lesions of mycosis fungoides (MF) at different stages. Methods Skin tumor tissue paraffin sections and monoclonal antibody immunohistochemical staining. Results Ki-67 + cells and cutaneous lymphocyte-associated antigen positive (CLA +) cells were significantly increased in MF lesions. Ki-67 + cells in most of Ki-67 + cells and dermal infiltrates in MF + There were no CD83 + / Ki-67 + dendritic cells in the patch / plaque phase (P <0.01) Proliferating T cells, CD83 + dendritic cells are in close contact with Ki-67 + tumor T cells. Conclusions The extent and immunopathological features of CLA + / Ki-67 + T cells in MF lesions may play an immunopathological significance in the early detection and transformation of MF.
