产品以外销为主的企业,其标准化工作应具有超前意识:标准的制修订,既要相对稳定,又要灵活多变。实践证明:标准化的高峰期并非效益的高峰期,标准化必须先行,才能带来效益。
For enterprises whose products are mainly for export, their standardization work should have a sense of advancement: the revision of standards should be both relatively stable and flexible. Practice has proved that the peak period of standardization is not the peak period of benefits, and standardization must be implemented first to bring benefits.
