复合性下颌骨截骨术后,常导致患者咀嚼困难,口腔功能丧失。目前,功能性再造术的效果远不够理想。作者报道了3例因口腔癌肿而实行复合性下颌骨截骨手术的患者,术后解剖结构及功能严重丧失,经接受带血管髂骨块移植再造下颌弓后,应用骨合(osseoin-tegration)技术,将固定义齿安置在骨弓上,经6个月～2年的随访,患者在解剖结构、功能、心理及社交活动等各方面,恢复正常。 Composite mandibular osteotomy, often lead to chewing difficulties in patients with loss of oral function.
