目的 应用数字减影脑血管造影 (DSA) ,研究重组链激酶 (rSK)治疗幼猪急性脑栓塞的疗效。方法 幼猪 4 8头 ,随机分为对照组和 7个rSK组 (剂量 0 5~ 10万IU/kg) ;经颈内动脉注入体外血栓 ,建立幼猪急性脑栓塞动物模型 ;4h后静脉应用rSK ,对照组用安慰剂。治疗结束后 30、6 0、90min复查DSA。结果 随着rSK剂量增大和观察时间延长 ,DSA血管再通率升高 ;rSK 2万IU/kg或以上剂量组的血管再通率均大于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 静脉用rSK溶化脑血栓有明显量效关系 ,最低有效剂量为 2万IU/kg。
Objective To study the efficacy of recombinant streptokinase (rSK) in the treatment of acute cerebral embolism in young pigs by digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Methods A total of 48 young piglets were randomly divided into control group and 7 rSK groups (0-5-100,000 IU / kg). Thrombosis was induced by internal carotid artery in an acute cerebral embolism model. After 4 hours, rSK, control group with placebo. DSA was reviewed 30, 60, 90 minutes after treatment. Results With the increase of rSK dose and the prolonged observation time, the recanalization rate of DSA increased. The recanalization rate of rSK 20,000 IU / kg or more group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a clear dose-effect relationship between intravenous rSK dissolving cerebral thrombosis and the lowest effective dose is 20,000 IU / kg.
