为了迎接全军部队卫生工作现场会议,总后卫生部指示军事医学科学院至0127部队一支队进行营养调查与改善工作,同时协助改建标准伙房,和建立健全的卫生制度,从中找出一套切实可行的工作经验,以便向全军推广。军事医学科学院根据这一要求,组成了营养卫生工作组,由本院四所工作人员4人与北京军区卫生防疫检验所和总医院工作人员各一人参加,于1958年12月10日到达一支队,在支队首长的领导与支持下,立即在三个连内展开膳食调查。根据调查期间所发现的问题,在一营一连内,重点的进行了三个星期的改善工作,于取得经验后,组织全支队的供给人员和炊事人员现
