非公企业员工在参保问题上心态各异,归纳起来主要有以下几种类型: 期盼型。一是因企业转让、拍卖或破产而分流到非公企业的原国有、集体企业员工,他们对社会保险政策有较充分的了解,迫切希望能接续社会保险关系。二是非公企业中部分年龄较大的员工,他们羡慕国有企业退休的人员可以领到可观的养老金并享受医疗保险待遇,希望业主能够依法办事,为自已缴纳社会保险费。
