用凝胶层析法分离出尿毒血症患者血浆中分子物质(MMS),经尾静脉注入大鼠体内,观察MMS对大鼠心肌收缩能力的影响。实验用左心室插管术,采集信号经换能器数字化后输入电子计算机,应用CDRDIO软件分析注射MMS后心肌收缩力的改变。结果表明:MMS可使心肌收缩能力减弱,心室内压下降(Peak),室内压达峰值时间(PeakTime)推迟,室内压最大上升变化率减小dp/dtmax,室内压下降最大变化率(-dp/dtmax)变慢,室内压下降最大变化速率所在时间(-dp/dtmaxTime)延长,上述变化在注射MMS后1min即出现,持续12min左右恢复,说明MMS对心肌有可逆性抑制作用。
The molecular weight of the plasma of patients with uremia (MMS) was separated by gel chromatography and injected into the tail vein to observe the effect of MMS on myocardial contractility. Experimental left ventricular catheterization, the acquisition signal digitized by the transducer input computer, the application of CDRDIO software analysis of MMS after myocardial contractility changes. The results showed that MMS decreased myocardial contractility, peak pressure, delayed peak time, dp / dtmax and -dp / Dtmax slowed down, and the time of maximum pressure drop (-dp / dtmaxTime) was prolonged. The changes were observed at 1min after injection of MMS and recovered at about 12min, indicating that MMS has a reversible inhibitory effect on myocardium.
